My cousin told me about a restaurant in Laguna where they ate their lunch that day, that restaurant serves VARIETY of ADOBO recipes. And I'm gonna share with you guys a recipe of our own version of adobo that he ate their. I named this recipe as "ADOBO CONDENSADA." I don't know if you're familiar with this recipe, but then again I am still going to share it to you. :)
I don't have the photo yet. I'll share it to you some time. :p
Here's what you need:
Procedures:
1. Rub the chicken parts with salt then squeeze in the calamansi juice. (Just the juice remove the calamansi seeds). Sprinkle small amount of ground pepper and peppercorn. Set aside.
2. In a pan, pour a small amount of cooking oil, then add garlic. When the garlic turns a little brown add the onion. Then add the chicken thighs and wings. Saute the chicken until the chicken turns brown (wait until it turns brown if you want too).
3. Then pour a small amount of water. Bring to boil. Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, peppercorn and ground pepper.
4. Once the chicken reached it's "not that soft like texture", add bay leaves and condensed milk. Let it simmer until it thickens.
5. Serve and garnish the cheese on top. (You can also add the cheese while cooking if you want :))
