                        Cooking Oil               images (10)

                       Soy Sauce                  images (11)

Procedures:
1. Rub the chicken parts with salt then squeeze in the calamansi juice. (Just the juice remove the calamansi seeds). Sprinkle small amount of ground pepper and peppercorn. Set aside.
2. In a pan, pour a small amount of cooking oil, then add garlic. When the garlic turns a little brown add the onion. Then add the chicken thighs and wings. Saute the chicken until the chicken turns brown (wait until it turns brown if you want too).
3. Then pour a small amount of water. Bring to boil. Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, peppercorn and ground pepper.
4. Once the chicken reached it's "not that soft like texture", add bay leaves and condensed milk. Let it simmer until it thickens.
5. Serve and garnish the cheese on top. (You can also add the cheese while cooking if you want :))
